Premium Insulation

Moline Builders use a premium insulation package that ensures your home can stand up to the frigid winters and scorching summer months in the Midwest. As the owner of a "Certified" Energy Star home you have assurance that your home is properly insulated, saving you money on operating costs and increasing your comfort level year round.  Insulation batting is used in the appropriate locations and wet spray cellulose insulation is used for walls. Installed wet spray cellulose insulation, because of its spray applied technique, is an effective means to achieve a high R-Value per inch and better control air infiltration and heat loss. The product is spray applied under pressure into the wall cavities and behind and around electrical and plumbing, reducing the potential for air infiltration and drafts. The spray cellulose insulation can also be used on interior walls to reduce noise for bathrooms and other areas where noise reduction is desired.
